Tornado Potato/ Spiral Potato

Tornado Potato /Spiral Potato :▪
Ingredients:
▪Potatoes............ 6 medium sized
▪Plain Flour ............. 4 tbsp
(Maida)
▪Rice Flour.........2 tbsp
(Chawal ka atta)
▪Salt................ 1 tsp
(Namak)
▪Black pepper............. 1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Paprika......... 1 tsp
▪Chilli Sauce.......... 2 tbsp
▪Chaat masala
▪Water as required

Direction:-
▪︎Take a potato and insert a wooden skewer into the bottom and gently push it all the way through the top.
▪︎Using a sharp knife, start cutting the potato in a spiral direction, from left to right, cutting down to the skewer in one continuous cut. Working in a spiral motion from one side to the other,Try to make cut thin.
▪︎When you are done with cutting, carefully separate the spiral, pulling down to space evenly along the skewer.
▪︎Dip the spiral potatoes in the cold water.
▪︎In a bowl, add plain flour, rice flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli sauce and water as required to make thick paste.
▪︎Now take out potatoes from cold water and brush paste in the spiral potato.
▪︎Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
▪︎Take out from the oil until done and sprinkle chaat masala.
▪︎Tornado / Spiral Potato is ready to eat and serve with mayo ketchup.
