JELLY SLICE
◇Ingredients :-
▪︎Biscuit Base:
▪︎Crushed Marie biscuits ........3 packet
▪︎Butter.............. 1/2 cup

◇Condensed Milk layer:
▪︎Condensed Milk.......... 395 gms(1 tin)
▪︎Gelatine.......... 1 TBS + 1 TSP
▪︎Boiling water.......... 1/2 cup

◇Jelly layer :
▪︎Jelly (Me use Rafhan jelly)...... 2 packet
▪︎Boiling water ................ 2 cups

Direction:-


▪︎For First layer, Crush the biscuits until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. You can use a rolling pin or food processor.

▪︎Add the melted butter to the crushed biscuits and mix until combined. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and press it down and place in the fridge to chill for 15 mins.

▪︎For second layer, add gelatine powder in to a boiling water and stir until it has dissolved. Place the condensed milk into a bowl and while whisking, add the dissolved gelatine mixture . Continue to whisk until mixture is smooth and combined.

▪︎Remove the set biscuit base from the fridge and pour over the condensed milk layer. Place back in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes or until set.

▪︎When condensed milk layer is set, you can make the third step jelly layer. Add 2 packets of strawberry jelly powder in a bowl and add 2 cups of boiling water and mix it well .Keep mixing then allow the jelly to cool until it has reached room temperature.

▪︎Remove the slice from the fridge and carefully pour the jelly over the slice and place it back in the fridge for approximately 6 hours or until completely set.

▪︎Remove the set slice from the fridge and using a knife, cut into squares.
