JianBing: (Chinese crepes)
Ingredients:
■ Flour batter :
▪Plain Flour........1 cup
▪Milk.........1/2 cup
▪Salt......1/4 tsp
▪Oil......1 tbsp
▪Water.......3/4 cup

■ Sauce:
▪Oyster sauce......2 tbsp
▪Chilli Sauce.......4 tbsp
▪Soya Sauce.......2 tbsp
▪Honey.........2 tbsp
▪Sesame seeds......3 tsp
(Til)
▪Garlic powder.......1/2 tsp
▪Oil.........1 tsp

Filling:
▪Oil.......1 tbsp
▪Chicken .........1 cup ( small cubes)
▪Salt..............1/2 tsp
▪Black pepper .........1/2 tsp
▪Samosa patti
▪Spring Onion
(Hari pyaz)
▪Egg

Direction:-

Chicken filling:
▪︎In a pan, heat oil,add chicken,salt,black pepper in it and cook until chicken tender, set aside.
▪︎Deep fry the samosa sheets(patti) in hot oil until golden brown.

Sauce:
▪︎In a frying pan,heat oil, add oyster sauce,chilli sauce, soya sauce, honey,sesame seeds, garlic powder and cook for 2 mins until sauce thickens, set aside.

Flour batter :
▪︎In a bowl, add plain flour,salt, oil, milk,water and whisk it well to make liquid consistency dough.
▪︎Brush oil in a non stick tawa or large skillet ,cook on low to medium heat.
▪︎ Pour the batter into the skillet, and spread evenly to make a thin crepe using card or scraper, Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes, until firm.
▪︎Pour the egg evenly over the crepe,Cook an additional 1 - 2 minutes, until the egg is set. Now flip the crepe side when color browned.
▪︎Spread the sauce ,sprinkle chopped green onion ,add chicken filling and Place the samosa sheets in the center of the crepe, Fold the crepe, like a letter, horizontally and vertically to form a squared style. Cut in half and serve immediately.
▪︎You must be eat fresh ,over a time it become soggy.
