Chicken shashlik sticks :-
Ingredients:
â–ªChicken.......................1 kg ( cut in cubes)
â–ªGinger Garlic paste .............2 tsp
â–ªBlack pepper ............ 1 tsp
(Kali mirch)
â–ªSalt...........2 tsp
â–ªSoya sauce ............1 tbsp
â–ªVinegar.................. 1 tbsp
â–ªhp Barbecue sauce............ 2 tbsp
â–ªChilli sauce.........2 tbsp
â–ªRed chilli powder.......1 tsp

Sauce:-
â–ªOil............ 2 tbsp
â–ªTomato puree..........1 cup
â–ªKetchup............1/2 cup
â–ªSalt..............1/2 tsp
â–ªGarlic............1 tsp (chopped)
(Lehsun)
â–ªChilli sauce.......2 tbsp
â–ªSoya sauce ............1 tbsp
â–ªSugar..............1 tbsp
â–ªBlack pepper........1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
â–ªRed chilli flakes........1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)

â–ªTomatoes as required (square cut )
â–ªCapsicum as required (square cut )
â–ªOnion as required (square cut )

Direction:-
▪︎Marinade chicken cubes,ginger garlic paste
,black pepper ,salt, soya sauce ,vinegar,hp barbecue sauce, chilli sauce,red chilli powder. Leave it for 4 hours and set aside.
▪︎Cut the capsicum ,tomatoes and onion in the square shape.
▪︎Now insert wood shashlik sticks in onion ,tomato, capsicum and chicken in it. Repeat this step and fill all your sticks.
▪︎Heat frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil . And place your sticks. keep turning the side so all the sides are cooked evenly .Do not ovecook the chicken should remain tender and juicy. Now shashlik sticks is ready.
â– Sauce :
▪︎Heat oil and saute garlic in it.
▪︎Add tomato puree,ketchup,salt,chilli sauce,soya sauce ,sugar,black pepper,red chilli flakes and Cook for 3-5 minutes on low flame till it thicken.
▪︎Now pour this sauce on sticks and serve it with chinese rice and green chatni.
