Crispy fried fish:-
Ingredients:-
▪Fish..........1 kg
▪Ginger Garlic paste........1 tbsp
(Lehsun and adrak )
▪Red chilli powder........1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Salt............... 1 tsp
(Namak)
▪Turmeric powder........1/4 tsp
(haldi)
▪Cornflour............1 tbsp
▪Vinegar..............2 tbsp
..................................
▪Plain flour...................7 tbsp
(Maida)
▪Red chilli flakes........1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪Crushed coriander seed.....1 tsp
(Sabit Dhania)
▪Crushed Cumin seed.........1/2 tsp (Roasted)
(Zeera)
▪Carom seed..........1/4 tsp
(Ajwain)
▪Lemon juice................2 tbsp
▪Chilli sauce.................2 tbsp
▪Water....................6 tbsp

Direction:- 

Firstly wash fish with vinegar properly to avoid smell.
In the bowl ,add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cornflour,vinegar & fish. Mix it well and marinate for 8 hours or overnight.

















After that discard the fish water.




Fry for 1 min in high flame and take out from the oil and cool it down.







For outer coating:-
In another bowl, add plain flour ,red chilli flakes,crushed coriander seed,crushed Cumin seed,Carom seed, lemon juice,Chilli sauce and Water to make a pakora type paste.














Now fish add in the coating and deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
