Gur ki tikkiyan :-
Ingredients:
▪Wheat flour..........1 kg
(Gandum ka atta)
▪Jaggery..................1 kg
(Gur)
▪Water...............1/2 cup
▪Desi ghee.......... 1/2 cup
▪Green cardamom powder.......1/2 tsp
(Elaichi)
▪Fennel seeds...........2 tbsp
(Saunf)

Direction:-

First to make a jaggery syrup .Add jaggery and water in a pan .cook until jaggery dissolves.

 





Now put wheat flour and desi ghee in a bowl and mix it well with hand. now add cardamom powder and fennel seeds and again mix it.














Now strain jaggery mixture in flour mixture and knead it well .If required add warm water to make a well formed dough.










Rest it for 15 mins.




Now greased hand to make tikkiyan. Then cook on low flame on both side in tawa without using oil.
















Can be stored in jar for a month.
