Malka Masoor daal:-
Ingredients:-
â–ªBlack lentil gram .............1/2 kg
(Masoor daal)
â–ªGinger Garlic paste..........1 tbsp
â–ªTomato puree .........1/2 cup
â–ªSalt.................2 tsp or as your taste
(Namak)
â–ªRed chilli powder.......2 tsp
(Pissi Lal mirch)
â–ªCoriander powder.......1 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
â–ªTurmeric powder........1/4 tsp
(haldi)
â–ªWhole spices powder.......1 tsp
(Garam masala)
â–ª Water............6 glass
â–ªCumin seed...........1 tsp
(Zeera)

Tadka:-
â–ªOil..............2 tbsp
â–ªButter........4 tbsp
â–ªOnion.........1 medium sized
â–ªChopped Garlic..........7 to 8
â–ªChopped Green chillies...........1

Direction:-

▪︎Black lentil gram (masoor daal) is soaked in water for 1 hour.

▪︎In Pressure Cooker, Add black lentil gram,ginger garlic paste ,tomato puree , salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and water & mix it well and cover it .

▪︎Pressure cook for 10 mins.

▪︎ After pressure cooker , add whole spices powder,cumin seeds and cook for 3 mins.

Tadka:

▪︎In the frying pan, add oil, butter,onion,chopped garlic and fry until golden brown.

▪︎Also add green chillies and mix it well.

▪︎Add tadka on cooked black lentil gram and served with boiled rice and chapati. Enjoy 😊
