Suji ke gulab Jamun:-
Ingredients:
▪Fine semolina............1 cup
(bareek suji)
▪Sugar............1 tbsp
(Cheeni)
▪Milk...............2 cups
(doodh)
▪Desi ghee.......1 tbsp

Direction:-

Put ghee in a frying pan then add semolina cook it for 3 mins on low flame until aroma arises and keep the color constant.







Now add sugar and gradually add milk and keep mixing on low to medium flame until its become a soft dough formed. turn off the flame and allow it to slightly cool down.




 


  


After knead it for 10 mins until dough become smooth and soft. Now make round shape balls without any crack.

 



 


Deep fry in oil on low to medium flame until golden brown. Occasionally stir it. Now take out it and soaked it in warm sugar syrup for 2 to 3 hours. Now gulab jamun is ready to eat.

●Sugar syrup:-

▪Sugar....................1&1/2 cup
▪Water.....................1 &1/2 cup
▪Green cardamom..........3 pcs
add water ,sugar and cardamom in a pan. Cook it for 5 mins. Now sugar syrup is ready.
