Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:-
▪Chicken organic.......1 kg
(Desi murghi)
▪Water...........4 liter
▪Salt......2 tsp + 1 tsp or to taste
▪Black peppercorn .......1 tbsp
(Sabit kali mirch)
▪Sweet Corns.........1 cup (boiled)
(Roughly grind)
▪Garlic cloves........9
(lehsun)
▪White pepper...............1 tsp
(Safaid mirch)
▪Egg...........2
(Anda)
▪Boiled egg as required
▪Chicken stock.................12 cups
▪Corn flour............10 tbsp + 1 cup of water
Direction:-
▪In a pot add chicken , garlic , salt ,black pepper corn, water and bring it to boil.
▪Then cover & cook for 2 to 3 hours on low flame.
▪Separate the chicken stock and shred the chicken & set aside.
▪In a same pot, add chicken stock, roughly grind sweet corns , shredded chicken , white pepper, salt and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
▪Mix corn flour in water and add gradually. Cook until desired thickness.
▪Beat 2 whole eggs and add while stirring continuously.
▪Chicken corn soup is ready.
You can Serve with soy sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper, chili sauce as per taste.
