Firstly ,sieve the Plain flour and Cocoa powder thrice and set aside.
Add eggs and icing sugar in another bowl. Beat it for 5 to 7 mins until it becomes fluffy.
Gradually add flour mixture in it and fold it gently.
Pour the batter into the greased pan with butter paper. Pan size is 10"× 3".

Ingredients:- pan size: 10 × 3 inch
▪Eggs .............2 pcs(room temperature)
▪Plain flour............1/3 cup
▪Cocoa Powder........3 tbsp
▪Icing sugar........1/2 cup
▪Vanilla essence........1/2 tsp
▪Whipped cream
▪Dark chocolate
Ingredients:- pan size: 10 × 3 inch
▪Eggs .............2 pcs(room temperature)

▪Oven or pateela should be preheated for 15mins

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 25 to 30 mins or bake in a preheated pateela for 25 to 30 mins on low to medium flame.
Now take out pan from heat and cool it down on room temperature and then turn out onto plate.

Now cut in half and spread thin layer of whipped cream in it .
Cut like that shown in the pic.
Then refrigerate for 30 mins.
Now dip the cake bar in to melted dark chocolate and let it set.
