Coffee Chiffon Cake:-
Ingredients:-
▪Egg yolks...............3 pcs(room temperature)
▪Egg whites.............3 pcs(room temperature)
▪Oil........................2/3 cup (120 ml)
▪Hot water.................. 1 cup (200 ml)
▪Plain flour............2 cups (250 gms)
▪Baking powder......2 tsp (8 gms)
▪Granulated sugar........1 1/2 cup (350 gms)
▪Instant Coffee..........2 tbsp
▪Vanilla essence........1/2 tsp

Note:-
▪Eggs should be on room temperature.
▪Oven or pateela should be preheated for 15 mins.

Direction:-
▪︎In a bowl, separate the eggs yolk and eggs white to other bowl and set aside.
▪︎Add sugar and oil in the eggs yolk and mix it well.
▪︎Mix instant coffee in a hot water, then add in the egg yolk mixture and mix it for 5 to 7 mins until sugar dissolves by using a hand whisk.
▪︎Now sieve the plain flour ,baking powder and put it in yolk mixture. Also add vanilla essence and mix it well & set aside.
▪︎Add the eggs white into a different bowl. Beat until it becomes foamy.
▪︎Transfer half of the meringue(eggs white) into the yolk mixture. Fold it gently and also add the remaining meringue in it and fold it well.
▪︎Now put the batter in to greased pan(9inch, (23cm) ) with butter paper.
▪︎Bake in a preheated pateela for 50 min to 1 hour on low to medium flame.
Or
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 to 50 mins at 180°c until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
▪︎Cool it down and make your own design with sprinkle icing sugar. This cake is best for coffee lover and enjoy the very soft and fluffy cake .
