Gur wale chawal:-
Ingredients:
▪Sella rice...........1/2 kg(soaked for 1 hour)
▪Jaggery............3/4 kg
(Gur)
▪Oil...............1/2 cup
▪Water........1/2 cup
▪Green Cardamom..........4 to 5 pcs
(Elaichi)
▪Coconut................1/2 cup
(Nariyal)

Direction:-

▪Firstly boiled the rice and set aside.

▪Heat ghee in a pan, add green cardamom, jaggery and water . Cook until jaggery fully melts on low flame. Then cook for 5 mins on medium flame.

▪Now add coconut and boiled rice in it. Keep mixing in between and cook on high flame until gur water dries.

▪Now cover and steam for 15 mins on low flame.

▪Traditional and sweet gur rice is ready to eat 😋
