Gur wale chawal:-
Ingredients:
â–ªSella rice...........1/2 kg(soaked for 1 hour)
â–ªJaggery............3/4 kg
(Gur)
â–ªOil...............1/2 cup
â–ªWater........1/2 cup
â–ªGreen Cardamom..........4 to 5 pcs
(Elaichi)
â–ªCoconut................1/2 cup
(Nariyal)

Direction:-

â–ªFirstly boiled the rice and set aside.

â–ªHeat ghee in a pan, add green cardamom, jaggery and water . Cook until jaggery fully melts on low flame. Then cook for 5 mins on medium flame.

â–ªNow add coconut and boiled rice in it. Keep mixing in between and cook on high flame until gur water dries.

â–ªNow cover and steam for 15 mins on low flame.

▪Traditional and sweet gur rice is ready to eat 😋
