Sesame Finger Fish :-
Ingredients:
▪Finger fish..........1 kg
▪Salt.........1 tsp
▪Black pepper.......1 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Red chilli powder.........2 tsp
(Lal mirch)
▪Ginger Garlic paste...........1 tbsp
(Adrak Lehsun paste)
▪Lemon juice........ 4 tbsp
(Limbu ka rus)
▪Carom seeds............1 tsp
(Ajwain)
.................................
Coating:-
▪Bread crumb........2 cup
▪Sesame seeds...........4 tbsp
▪Salt............1/2 tsp
▪Black pepper.......1/2 tsp
▪Oregano........2 tsp
.......................
▪Egg......2
▪Milk........2 tbsp

Direction:-

Add finger fish , salt ,black pepper , red chilli powder , ginger Garlic paste , lemon juice , carom seeds and mix it well.

















Rest for 30 mins and set aside.

  

Now whisk the egg and milk.








Mix the bread crumb ,sesame seeds , salt ,black pepper and oregano.











Firstly dip the fish in plain flour.

  


 Then dip in egg mixture.

  

 Then coat in bread crumbs mixture.



Freeze for 20 mins.



Now deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
