Singaporean Rice:-
Ingredients:
Rice layer:-
▪Boiled rice.............4 cup
▪Chicken powder.......2 tbsp
▪Soya sauce..........3 tbsp
▪Oil............4 tbsp
▪Water.......2 tbsp
▪sprinkle Black pepper........1/2 tsp
▪Green onion (green part ) as required
...........................................
Chicken gravy :-
▪Chicken.......................1 kg (julienne cut)
▪Oil.........4 tbsp
▪Chopped Ginger ..........1 tsp
▪Chopped Garlic .............1 tsp
▪Tomato puree..........2 cups
▪Tomato Ketchup.............4 tbsp
▪Black pepper ............ 1 & 1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Brown sugar...........1 tbsp
(Shakar)
▪Salt...........1 tsp or as your taste
▪Soya sauce ............1 tbsp
▪Vinegar.................. 2 tbsp
▪Worcestershire sauce.......1 tbsp
▪Paprika powder.......1 tbsp

Vegies:-
▪Oil.................2 tbsp
▪Carrots............1 cup (julienne cut)
▪Capsicum..........1 cup (julienne cut)
▪Cabbage...........1 cup ( julienne cut)
▪Green onion......4 tbsp (white part)
▪Soya sauce........2 tbsp
Black pepper........1/2 tsp or as your taste
Salt.............1/2 tsp or as your taste
Green onion.........4 tbsp ( green part)

Sauce:-
Mayonnaise............1/2 cup
Chilli garlic ketchup........3 tbsp
Water............2 tbsp
Paprika powder.........1/4 tsp

Spaghetti...............1 pkt
Salt..............1 tsp
Oil..............1 tbsp
.........................
Tarka :-
Oil .......2 tbsp
Chopped garlic cloves as required

Direction:-
1. For Rice layer:
Firstly boiled rice with salt and set aside. Now put oil in a pan then add chicken powder and soya sauce. Mix it well. Add little bit water to avoid stickness. Now gradually add boil rice and mix well. In the end sprinkle green onion and black pepper to make your rice more flavourfull. Rice are ready.













2. For spaghetti layer:
In a boiling water with salt and oil then add spaghetti and boil it for 5 to 7 mins until fully boiled . After drain it under cold water then spread some oil in it to avoid sticking.







3. For chicken layer:
Add oil in a pan then add boneless chicken and fry it for few mins. Add freshly chopped ginger garlic and fry it for few mins again. After add tomatoe puree, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, paprika powder, black pepper,salt,brown sugar in it and cook it for 3-5 mins. Its ready.


















4: For vegetable layer:
Put oil in a pan. Add carrots and fry it for a mint. After add capsicum ,green onion(white part), cabbage and fry it for a mint. Now add soya sauce, black pepper, salt and mix it well. At the end add green onion (green part) mix it and set aside.












5: For mayo sauce layer:
Add mayonnaise, chilli garlic ketchup, paprika powder and water in a bowl and mix it well to make mayo sauce.






6: For tarka layer:
Put oil in a frying pan. Add freshly chopped garlic in it and fry it until its become golden in color.


7: Assembling:
First pour rice layer in a plate. Then add spaghetti layer. Then spread the mixture of vegetable and chicken over it. Then spread some mayo sauce . At the end add tarka on it and its totally optional. Garnish it with green onions. Delicious rice are ready to eat.
