Uzbek Samsa / baked samosa:-
Ingredients :-
▪Minced Beef................500 gms (1/2 kg )
(Qeema)
▪Onion...........1 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪Oil.............2 tbsp
▪Ginger garlic paste..........1 tsp
▪Salt...........1/2 tsp or taste
▪Red chilli powder............1/2 tsp
(Lal mirch)
▪Turmeric powder.........1/4 tsp
(Haldi)
▪Whole spices powder.........1/4 tsp
(Garam masala)
▪Coriander powder............1/2 tsp
(Dhania)
▪Cumin seed...........1/2 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Chopped green chillies.......4
(Sabz mirch)
▪Water...........1/2 glass

Dough:-
▪Plain flour...........2 cups
▪Salt..........1/4 tsp
▪Water as required
...............................
▪Egg
▪Sesame seed (til )
▪Black seeds (kalonji)
...............................

Direction:- 

For filling:
Heat oil, add onion and saute it.






Then add ginger garlic paste and minced beef in it. Cook for few minutes until color changes.









Now add all the spices and water.





















Then cover and cook for 25 mins on low flame until beef qeema tender.



After thtat cook on high flame until water dries at the end sprinkle fresh coriander.







Dough:
In a bowl , add plain flour , salt and water as required to make a smooth and well formed dough. Knead it for 5 to 7 mins.















Then cover it and rest for 40 mins.



After that make equal round shape balls with dough.





Then make a thin round shape flatbread.





Now spread the melted butter in between and place all the flat bread layerwise. Then roll them.













Then cut in to equal pieces.





Now take the dough and flatten with rolling pin.





Then add beef minced and shape like the samosa that shown in the pic and video.













Brush with egg and sprinkle black seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 25 min and grill for 5 mins for a nice golden color.









Bake in a preheated pateela for 25 to 30 mins on low to medium flame.
