Ingredients :-
▪Basmati Rice...........1 kg (soaked for 1/2 hours)
▪Boiled Shredded Chicken ..........1/2 kg
▪Carrots................250 gms (1 pao)
▪Potatoes..............250 gms( 1 pao)
▪Peeled Peas......................250 gms(1 pao)
▪Oil....................1 cup
▪Ginger Garlic paste ........1 tbsp
▪Onion.................2 medium sized
▪Tomatoes......3 medium sized
▪Salt.............6 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪Red chilli powder.......1 tsp
(Lal mirch)
▪Red chilli flakes........2 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪Coriander powder.......1 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪Turmeric powder........1/2 tsp
(Haldi)
▪Whole spices powder.......1 & 1/2 tsp
(Garam masala)
▪Green chillies...........5
▪Chicken stocks ...............8 cups
(Yakhni)
Direction:-
▪︎Firstly Wash rice and soak it in water for half hour & set aside.
▪︎Heat oil in a pan , Add onion and fry until it turns golden brown.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste and mix it.
▪︎Now add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder ,red chilli flakes ,coriander powder ,turmeric powder ,whole spices powder and cook for 5 mins until tomatoes soften.
▪︎Then add Peas, Carrots, potatoes and cook until oil separates.
▪︎Add boiled chicken , chicken stocks and boil it.
▪︎Cover and cook for 10 mins until vegetable tenders.
▪︎Now add green chillies and soaked rice in it and cook on high flame until water reduces.
▪︎Cover and steam for 20 mins on low flame.
Serve it with chutney and enjoy.
