Zinger Roll Paratha:-
Ingredients:
▪Chicken strips......... 1 kg
▪Ginger garlic paste..........1 tbsp
▪Eggs...........2 pcs
▪Vinegar ............2 tbsp
▪Chilli sauce.......... 2 tbsp
▪Salt ..........2 tsp
(Namak)
▪White pepper.........1 tsp
▪Black pepper .........2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Mustard powder........ 1 tsp
▪Milk.................1/2 cup

■Flour coating:-
▪Plain flour (Maida )......... 1 & 1/2 cup
▪Cornflour ...........1/2 cup
▪Baking powder .......1 tsp
▪Salt ...........1/4 tsp or as taste
▪Black pepper........ 1/4 tsp
▪Dried Rossmary herbs .........2 tsp

■Dough:-
Plain Flour (Maida )..........4 cups
Oil...............6 tbsp
Salt..........1 tsp
----------------------
Chedder cheese slices
Mayonnaise
Chilli sauce Ketchup

Direction:-
●Paratha recipe:
In a bowl add flour, salt and oil . Knead it well to make a smooth dough . Cover and rest for 30 mins. Then to make a paratha.
●Chicken Marination:
▪Add milk ,ginger garlic paste, eggs , vinegar , chilli sauce , salt, white pepper ,black pepper ,mustard powder and mix it.
▪Then add chicken and mix it well. Cover with cling sheet and rest for 3 hours.
●Flour coating:
In another bowl , Add plain flour, cornflour ,baking powder, salt, black pepper and dried rossmary herbs and mix it.
▪Now put the marinate chicken in the flour coating mixture, then again repeat it.
▪Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
●Assembling:
In a paratha, spread mayonnaise, crispy chicken ,cheese slice ,chilli sauce Ketchup and roll it in a butter paper.
▪Yummy and delicious crispy zinger roll is ready to eat and enjoy 😋
