Breaded Chicken Fillet:-
Ingredients:-
▪Chicken breast......4 pcs
▪Salt as required
▪Black pepper as required
▪Eggs......2
▪Dried parsley ......1 tsp
▪Salt........1/4 tsp
▪Black pepper......1/4 tsp
▪Bread crumbs as required
▪Salt......1/4 tsp
▪Black pepper.....1/4 tsp
▪Garlic powder.....1/2 tsp

Direction:-

▪In a plate, add chicken fillet in it and sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides.

▪Beat the egg, salt ,pepper, dried parsely in another shallow plate.

▪Place the breadcrumbs, salt,black pepper, garlic powder in another shallow plate.

▪Working one at a time, put the chicken breasts in flour, dip into eggs, then put in breadcrumbs, pressing to coat.

▪Now shallow fry on medium flame on both sides until golden brown.

▪Serve the breaded chicken fillets with mayo sauce and french fries.
