Imli ki chatni: -
Ingredients:
▪Tamarind.............1 kg
(Imli)
▪jaggery............350 gms
(Gur)
▪Red chilli powder........1 1/2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Cumin powder........2 tsp
(Pissa Zeera)
▪Salt...........1 tsp
(Namak)
▪Whole spices powder........1/2 tsp
(Garam masala)
▪Water.........1 1/2 liter + 1 1/2 cups

Direction:- 

▪Add the tamarind and 1 1/2 liter water in the pot, boil it and cook for 3 to 5 mins.

▪Then strain it well and add 1 1/2 liter water to separate all tamarind pulp from seeds.

▪In the pot, add the tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and cook it for 20 mins until sauce thickens.

▪In the end , add whole spices powder and mix it well. Now imli ki chatni is ready to serve.
▪This chatni recipe is use for dahi ballay, channa chaat ,papri chaat, fruit chaat or as well as with samosa. Make this chatni before Ramzan and enjoy your Iftar snacks more delightful.😍

▪You can store in a freezer upto 2 month and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
