Khubani ki chatni: -
Ingredients:
▪Dried Apricots.............500 gms
(Kishna/ khubani)
▪Sugar............3/4 cup
(cheeni)
▪Pink salt............1/2 tsp
(Kala namak)
▪Red chilli flakes........2 tsp
(Sabut lal mirch / druffle mirch)
▪Salt...........1/4 tsp
(Namak)
▪Water.........1 1/2 liter + 3 cups
Direction:-
▪Firstly wash the dried apricots very well.
▪Then add 1 1/2 liter clean water in the apricots and soaked for 3 hours.
▪Now add the soaked apricots in the pot, boil it and cook on low flame for 25 mins.
▪Add red chilli flakes and blend it well.
▪Add sugar & water, cook it for 10 mins more.
▪In the end , add pink salt and salt. Now chatni is ready to serve.
▪This chatni recipe is used for dahi ballay, channa chaat ,papri chaat, fruit chaat or as well as with samosa. Make this chatni before Ramzan and enjoy your Iftar snacks more delightful.😍
▪You can store in a freezer for 1 month and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
