Lobia handi :-
Ingredients:
â–ªkidney beans......................1 kg
(Lal Lobia )
â–ªOil..............1/2 cup
â–ªOnion ....................2 medium sized
(Pyaz)
â–ªTomatoes ...............4 medium sized
â–ª Ginger & Garlic paste.......... 1 tbsp
(Lehsun and adrak)
â–ªSalt .....................3 tsp
(Namak)
â–ªRed chilli powder ...............2 tsp
(lal mirch)
â–ªTurmeric powder................. 1 tsp
(haldi)
â–ªCoriander powder...............2 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
â–ªCumin seeds.............. 1 tsp
(Zeera)
â–ªDry fenugreek leaves ..............1 tsp
(sookhi methi)
â–ªWhole spices powder............1 tsp
(Pissa Garam masala)
â–ªGreen chilli .................2
(Sabz mirch)
â–ªFresh coriander as required
â–ªWater............4 liter

Direction:-
â–ªFirstly soaked kidney beans (lal lobia ) in water for overnight.
â–ªHeat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown colour. Now add ginger & garlic paste mix it and add tomato, salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook until oil separates and tomatoes tender.
â–ªNow add kidney beans and water in it. Cover and pressure cook for 45 mins until lobia cooked.
â–ªThen add whole spices powder ,green chillies,Cumin seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander and cook it for 2 to 3 min.
serve with boiled rice .enjoy 😋
