Lobia handi :-
Ingredients:
▪kidney beans......................1 kg
(Lal Lobia )
▪Oil..............1/2 cup
▪Onion ....................2 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪Tomatoes ...............4 medium sized
▪ Ginger & Garlic paste.......... 1 tbsp
(Lehsun and adrak)
▪Salt .....................3 tsp
(Namak)
▪Red chilli powder ...............2 tsp
(lal mirch)
▪Turmeric powder................. 1 tsp
(haldi)
▪Coriander powder...............2 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
▪Cumin seeds.............. 1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Dry fenugreek leaves ..............1 tsp
(sookhi methi)
▪Whole spices powder............1 tsp
(Pissa Garam masala)
▪Green chilli .................2
(Sabz mirch)
▪Fresh coriander as required
▪Water............4 liter

Direction:-
▪Firstly soaked kidney beans (lal lobia ) in water for overnight.

▪Heat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown colour. Now add ginger & garlic paste mix it and add tomato, salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook until oil separates and tomatoes tender.

▪Now add kidney beans and water in it. Cover and pressure cook for 45 mins until lobia cooked.

▪Then add whole spices powder ,green chillies,Cumin seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander and cook it for 2 to 3 min.
serve with boiled rice .enjoy 😋
