Roll and Samosa patti:-
Ingredients:-
â–ªWhite flour............2 cups
(safed atta)
â–ªSalt............1/2 tsp
(Namak)
â–ªOil.........2 tbsp
â–ªWater as required

Direction:-
â–ªIn a bowl, add white flour, salt,oil and mix it well. Gradually add water to make well formed soft dough.
â–ªCover and rest for 25 mins.
â–ªKnead it again and make a equal round 8 balls.
â–ªNow one by one flatten the round 4 balls with the rolling pin.
â–ªOn one round dough , brush oil, sprinkle white flour in it and place the other round dough, repeat all the 2 layers with oil and white flour except last layer. (Total 4 layers)
â–ªThen roll out with the help of rolling pin.
â–ªHot tawa on high flame for 1 min.
â–ªThen turn in to low flame and cook for 40 Secs on each side.
â–ªThen separates the 4 layers and let it cool down.
â–ªCut it in the roll and samosa patti size with knife. Remaining extra patti is used as the papri and chicken thread.
â–ªIt can be freezed in a airtight bag for 1 month.
â–ªNow patti is ready and you can use it as Vegetable spring roll ,chicken filled samosa, chicken thread.
