Sunflower Nutella Bread:-
Ingredients:
▪Plain Flour........3 cups
▪Soften salted butter or any butter........6 tbsp (room temperature)
▪Egg.........1 pc (at room temperature)
▪Sugar......3 tbsp
▪Dry yeast......1 tbsp
▪Warm milk.......1 cup

■Notes:-
▪Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins at 180°c.
▪Dough must be in a warm place.
▪In winter, dough takes time to rise..you must be rest for 2 to 3 hours until dough double in size.
▪If you use unsalted butter,then add 1/2 tsp of salt in it.

Direction:- 

▪In a bowl , add plain flour ,soften butter ,sugar , dry yeast ,egg and gradually add milk & combine it well.
▪Now transfer the dough in to the surface and dust some flour to avoid sticking and knead it well to make a smooth dough.
▪Cover with cling sheet and rest for 1 hour in a warm place until rise.
▪After that, cut the dough in to 6 equal parts.
▪Then flatten the dough ball with rolling pin (Roll it out to a disc 2 - 3 mm thick, keeping it as circular as possible) and transfer the flatbread in to the greased pan. Now spread nutella over it and place other flatbread, then again nutella and repeat the same steps and end it with the flatbread over nutella.
▪Using any round cap , mark the centre of the bread. then cut them straight with the knife.
▪Take the piece of the dough in hand and carefully twist in opposite direction and repeat with the remaining pieces.
▪Then again cover it for 20 mins.
▪Brush with egg.
▪Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins at 180°c.
