Aloo gosht:-
Ingredients:
▪Mutton.......................1 kg
(Bakre ka gosht)
▪ Potatoes .................. 1 kg (peeled & halves)
(Aloo)
▪Oil..............1/2 cup
▪Onion ....................2 large sized
(Pyaz)
▪Tomatoes ...............3 medium sized (grinned)
(peese huay tamatar)
▪ Ginger & Garlic paste.......... 1 tbsp
(Lehsun and adrak)
▪Salt .....................1 & 1/2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Red chilli powder ...............2 tsp
(lal mirch)
▪Turmeric powder................. 1/2 tsp
(haldi)
▪Coriander powder...............1 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
▪Cumin seeds.............. 1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Dried fenugreek leaves ..............1 tsp
(sookhi methi)
▪Whole spices powder............1/2 tsp
(Pissa Garam masala)
▪Green chillies.................3
(Sabz mirch)
▪Fresh coriander as required
▪Water............6 cups

Direction:-
▪Heat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown colour. Now add ginger & garlic paste mix it and add mutton, grind tomato , salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix it.
▪Now add water 3 cup and boil it then cover for approx.1 hour until mutton 3/4th cooked on low flame .After that,cook until water dries and oil separates.
▪Now add potatoes and cook for 3 to 5 mins until oil separates then add 6 cups of water further boil it and cover for 25 to 30 mins on low to medium flame until potatoes and mutton tenders.
▪Then add whole spices powder ,green chillies,Cumin seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander and mix it for 1 min.
serve with roti.
