Chicken Bread :
Ingredients:
Dough:
â–ªFlour.........2 cups
â–ªInstant Yeast .......1 tbsp
â–ªSugar........1 tbsp
â–ªOil......4 tbsp
â–ªSalt.......1 tsp
â–ªWater (lukewarm) as required

For filling:

â–ªShredded Chicken ...... 2 cups (350gms)
â–ªButter .......... 2 Tbsp
â–ªPlain Flour ........ 4 Tbsp
â–ªOnion ....... 1 small sized
â–ªMilk ....... 1 cup
â–ªSalt ...... 1/2 tsp
â–ªGreen chillies ....... 4 to 5 pcs (chopped)
â–ªBlack pepper ....... 1/2 tsp
â–ªOregano........ 1 tsp
â–ªEgg 1 + water 1 tbsp (mix both)
â–ªSesame seeds as required
(Til)
â–ªKalonji as required
(Nigella seeds )

Direction:- 


For the Chicken Filling:▪︎Heat butter ,fry onion till soften, then add 4 tbsp. Plain flour, saute until color changes ,then remove from the stove.
▪︎Add the milk, whisk continuously to avoid the lumps ,then place again on stove ,Add shredded chicken , chopped green chilies, balck pepper,salt, oregano and mix it well, remove & cool completely.

Dough:
â–ªIn a bowl , add plain flour ,oil, sugar ,dry instant yeast ,salt and gradually add warm water & combine it well.
â–ªNow transfer the dough in to the surface and dust some flour to avoid sticking and knead it well to make a smooth dough.
â–ªCover with cling sheet and rest for 1 hour in a warm place until rise.

Assembling:
â–ªRoll out the dough in to rectangular shape with the rolling pin.
â–ªThen place the dough in the baking tray.
â–ªPut the filling in the center of the dough.
â–ªMake cuts with the help of the knife on both of the sides,fold each side so they overlap each other (like a braid),brush top with beaten egg (egg + water mix), sprinkle sesame seeds or kalonji and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 to 30 minutes.
â–ªApply butter to make bread soft.
Yummy and easy chicken bread is ready to eat.
