Chicken Qeema Samosa :
â– Chicken Filling:-
â–ªChicken minced ............500 gms
(Qeema)
â–ªChopped Onion...............1 small sized
â–ªGinger Garlic paste.............1 tbsp
â–ªOil..................3 tbsp
â–ªSalt...............1/2 tsp or as taste
â–ªBlack pepper............1 &1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
â–ªChaat Masala.......1 tsp
â–ªWhole spices powder..........1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
â–ªFresh coriander...........2 tbsp (chopped)
(Taza dhania)
â–ªGreen Chilli........1 pc(chopped)
Direction:-
â–ªIn a pan, heat oil ,add onion and saute it.
â–ªAdd ginger garlic paste, chicken qeema,salt, black pepper, chaat masala, whole spices powder, cook until qeema tender and water dries.
â–ªThen add fresh coriander, green chillies in it and mix it ,set aside.
â–ªIn plain flour, add water and mix well to form a paste.
â–ªTake the samosa sheets, add filling and fold it in the shape of the samosa, apply plain flour paste and seal it well.
(Keep the spring samosa sheets under barely damp cloth or paper towel. They dry out very easily. If they dry out, they break apart)
▪︎Make all the samosa with the remaining batter (approx: 20 samosas made).
▪︎It can be freezed for 1 month in a zipped plastic bag or box.
▪︎Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame.
Keep turning to brown evenly.
▪︎Crispy Chicken Qeema Samosa is ready .
