Chicken Qeema Samosa :
■Chicken Filling:-
▪Chicken minced ............500 gms
(Qeema)
▪Chopped Onion...............1 small sized
▪Ginger Garlic paste.............1 tbsp
▪Oil..................3 tbsp
▪Salt...............1/2 tsp or as taste
▪Black pepper............1 &1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Chaat Masala.......1 tsp
▪Whole spices powder..........1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪Fresh coriander...........2 tbsp (chopped)
(Taza dhania)
▪Green Chilli........1 pc(chopped)

Direction:-
▪In a pan, heat oil ,add onion and saute it.
▪Add ginger garlic paste, chicken qeema,salt, black pepper, chaat masala, whole spices powder, cook until qeema tender and water dries.
▪Then add fresh coriander, green chillies in it and mix it ,set aside.
▪In plain flour, add water and mix well to form a paste.
▪Take the samosa sheets, add filling and fold it in the shape of the samosa, apply plain flour paste and seal it well.
(Keep the spring samosa sheets under barely damp cloth or paper towel. They dry out very easily. If they dry out, they break apart)
▪︎Make all the samosa with the remaining batter (approx: 20 samosas made).
▪︎It can be freezed for 1 month in a zipped plastic bag or box.
▪︎Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame.
Keep turning to brown evenly.
▪︎Crispy Chicken Qeema Samosa is ready .
