Chicken spring roll:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Carrots...............2 cups (julienne cut)
(Gajare)
▪︎Capsicum...........2 cups (julienne cut)
(Shimla mirch)
▪︎Cabbage...........2 cups (julienne cut)
(Bund gobi)
▪︎Salt..............1 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Black pepper..........11/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪︎Soya sauce..............2 tbsp
▪︎Chicken stock...........1/2 cup
(Yakhni)
▪︎Oil................3 tbsp
▪︎Shreded Boiled chicken..........2 cups

Direction:-
▪︎In wok, heat oil ,add carrots in it and fry for 3 mins on high flame.
▪︎Add capsicum, boiled chicken, chicken stock, soya sauce and cook for 5 to 7 mins until water dries.
▪︎Add cabbage, salt , black pepper in it and cook for 3 mins & set aside.
▪︎In plain flour, add water and mix well to form a paste.
▪︎Take the roll sheets, add filling and fold both sides, apply plain flour paste and fold it well.
(Keep the spring roll sheets under barely damp cloth or paper towel. They dry out very easily. If they dry out, they break apart)
▪︎Make all the rolls with the remaining batter (approx: 25 rolls).
▪︎It can be freezed for 1 month in a zipped plastic bag.
▪︎Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame.
Keep turning to brown evenly.
▪︎Crispy chicken spring roll is ready .
