Chinese Noodles Croquettes:
Ingredients:
▪Noodles (knorr)......2 pkt
(Chicken flavour)
▪Water...........2 cups
▪Boiled Chicken..........500 gms (1/2 kg )
▪Potatoes.......... 800 gms
▪Salt..........2 tsp or to taste
▪Black Pepper..........2 tsp
▪Eggs
▪Bread crumbs

Direction:-
▪︎Firstly boil the noodles as per directed on the packet.
▪︎In a bowl, add Mashed boiled potatoes , boiled chicken, salt, black pepper and boiled noodles, mix it well.
▪︎Now make all croquettes with greased hands. You can be freeze upto 2 weeks.
▪︎Dip in the beaten egg, then roll through bread crumbs. Deep Fry each croquette in hot oil until brown on all sides.
