Chinese Pakora:-
Ingredients:
â–ªGram flour.............2 cups
(Besan)
â–ªGinger Garlic paste ...........1 tsp
(Lehsun adrak)
â–ªSweet Corns ..............1/2 Cup
(Makai ke dane)
â–ªCarrots ...............1 cup (Julienne cut)
(Gajar)
â–ªCapsicum ............1/2 cup (Julienne cut)
(shimla mirch)
â–ªSpring onion .............. 4 tbsp
(Hari pyaz)
â–ªCabbage ............... 2 cups (Julienne cut)
(Band gobi)
â–ªPeas...................1/2 cup (boiled)
(Matar)
â–ªSoya sauce ..............1 tbsp
â–ªChilli sauce ..............1 tbsp
â–ªVinegar .................1 tbsp
â–ªChicken Powder ............ 2 tsp
â–ªBlack pepper ..............1 1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
â–ªSalt ......................1 1/2 tsp or as ur taste
(Namak)
â–ªRed chilli flakes...........1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
â–ªGreen chillies............1 tbsp(chopped)
(Sabz mirch)
â–ªOil for frying
Direction:-
â–ªIn a bowl, Add gram flour, salt , black pepper,red chilli flakes, chicken powder,mix it well, gradually add water to make thick liquid consistency paste.
â–ªRest for 1 hour in a warm place.
â–ªNow add ginger garlic paste, sweet corns, carrots ,capsicum ,spring onion ,cabbage ,peas,soya sauce ,chilli sauce ,vinegar and mix it well.
â–ªIn wok, Pakora deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪Crispy Chinese Pakora is ready to eat and served with Chilli garlic ketchup and Imli ki chatni 😋
