Chinese Pakora:-
Ingredients:
▪Gram flour.............2 cups
(Besan)
▪Ginger Garlic paste ...........1 tsp
(Lehsun adrak)
▪Sweet Corns ..............1/2 Cup
(Makai ke dane)
▪Carrots ...............1 cup (Julienne cut)
(Gajar)
▪Capsicum ............1/2 cup (Julienne cut)
(shimla mirch)
▪Spring onion .............. 4 tbsp
(Hari pyaz)
▪Cabbage ............... 2 cups (Julienne cut)
(Band gobi)
▪Peas...................1/2 cup (boiled)
(Matar)
▪Soya sauce ..............1 tbsp
▪Chilli sauce ..............1 tbsp
▪Vinegar .................1 tbsp
▪Chicken Powder ............ 2 tsp
▪Black pepper ..............1 1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Salt ......................1 1/2 tsp or as ur taste
(Namak)
▪Red chilli flakes...........1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪Green chillies............1 tbsp(chopped)
(Sabz mirch)
▪Oil for frying

Direction:-
▪In a bowl, Add gram flour, salt , black pepper,red chilli flakes, chicken powder,mix it well, gradually add water to make thick liquid consistency paste.
▪Rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
▪Now add ginger garlic paste, sweet corns, carrots ,capsicum ,spring onion ,cabbage ,peas,soya sauce ,chilli sauce ,vinegar and mix it well.
▪In wok, Pakora deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪Crispy Chinese Pakora is ready to eat and served with Chilli garlic ketchup and Imli ki chatni 😋
