Crispy Pakoras :â–ª
Ingredients:
â–ªGram Flour .............. 3 Cups
(Besan)
â–ªSalt ................. 3 tsp or as required
â–ªRed Chilli powder ............2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
â–ªCrushed Red Chillies .........2 tsp
(Druffle mirch)
â–ªChicken powder ...............3 tsp
â–ªTurmeric powder .........1 tsp
(Haldi )
â–ªCumin Seed (Zeera).............2 tsp
â–ªCoriander Powder.............. 1 tsp
(Pissa Dhaniyan)
â–ªCoriander Seeds................2 Tbsp
(Sabit Dhania)
â–ªAjwain...............1/2 tsp
(Carom seed)
â–ªfenugreek leaves.......... 1 Tbsp
(Kasuri methi )
â–ªPotatoes ............ 2 medium sized ( julienne cut)
â–ªOnions .................2 medium sized (julienne cut)
â–ªCabbage................. 1 Cup ( julienne cut)
â–ªHara dhaniya (fresh coriander)...... 2 tbsp
(Finely chopped)

Direction:-
â–ªIn a bowl, add gram flour , salt ,red chilli powder , crushed red chillies ,chicken powder , turmeric powder, cumin seed ,coriander Powder ,coriander seeds ,carom seeds , fenugreek leaves, mix it and gradually add water to make thick liquidity consistency paste and rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
â–ªSeparate the 1 cup of gram flour paste to make the Sliced potato pakora and bread pakora.
â–ªAdd potatoes,onions, cabbage , fresh coriander in the 2 cups of gram flour paste and mix it well.
â–ªIn a wok, add oil and deep fry it pakora in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪Crispy Pakoras is ready to eat and serve with green chatni 😋
