Crispy Pakoras :▪
Ingredients:
▪Gram Flour .............. 3 Cups
(Besan)
▪Salt ................. 3 tsp or as required
▪Red Chilli powder ............2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Crushed Red Chillies .........2 tsp
(Druffle mirch)
▪Chicken powder ...............3 tsp
▪Turmeric powder .........1 tsp
(Haldi )
▪Cumin Seed (Zeera).............2 tsp
▪Coriander Powder.............. 1 tsp
(Pissa Dhaniyan)
▪Coriander Seeds................2 Tbsp
(Sabit Dhania)
▪Ajwain...............1/2 tsp
(Carom seed)
▪fenugreek leaves.......... 1 Tbsp
(Kasuri methi )
▪Potatoes ............ 2 medium sized ( julienne cut)
▪Onions .................2 medium sized (julienne cut)
▪Cabbage................. 1 Cup ( julienne cut)
▪Hara dhaniya (fresh coriander)...... 2 tbsp
(Finely chopped)

Direction:-
▪In a bowl, add gram flour , salt ,red chilli powder , crushed red chillies ,chicken powder , turmeric powder, cumin seed ,coriander Powder ,coriander seeds ,carom seeds , fenugreek leaves, mix it and gradually add water to make thick liquidity consistency paste and rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
▪Separate the 1 cup of gram flour paste to make the Sliced potato pakora and bread pakora.
▪Add potatoes,onions, cabbage , fresh coriander in the 2 cups of gram flour paste and mix it well.
▪In a wok, add oil and deep fry it pakora in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪Crispy Pakoras is ready to eat and serve with green chatni 😋
