Ingredients:
â–ªGram flour ..........2 cups
(Besan)
â–ªBaking soda ........1/2 tsp
â–ªSalt .........1/2 tsp
â–ªCumin seed .........2 tsp
(Zeera)
â–ªCarom seed ........1/2 tsp
(Ajwain)
â–ªGarlic powder......... 1/2 tsp
â–ªCoriander powder ........1 tsp
(Pissa dhaniyan )
â–ªTurmeric powder....... 1/2 tsp
(Haldi)
....................................
â–ªBoiled potatoes .......3 medium sized
(Small cubes)
â–ªOnion ........2 medium sized
â–ªTomato .......1 medium sized
â–ªMint as required
â–ªTamarind sauce as required
( imli ki chatni)

Yougurt mixture:
â–ªYougurt .......1/2 kg
â–ªChopped corianders & Green chillies .......... 1 tbsp
â–ªGarlic paste .......1 tsp
â–ªChaat Masala as required
â–ªWater as required
Mix all the ingredients and water as required to make a liquid consistency.
Direction:-
▪︎In a bowl, add gram flour ,baking soda, salt, cumin seed, carom seed, garlic powder, coriander powder ,turmeric powder in it, mix it , gradually add water to make liquid consistency paste and rest for 30 mins.
▪︎Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪︎Now take out from the oil ,dip in the water and soaked for 10 mins.
▪︎Then Squeeze the ballay to remove excess water.
Assembling:
▪︎In a plate, add bhalla, potatoes, onion, tomatoes ,mint , yogurt mixture ,imli ki chatni ,sprinkle chaat masala and lays.
▪︎Yummy dahi bhallay is ready to eat.
