Gravy recipe :-
â–ªFrozen kofte ......as your required
â–ªOil.................3/4 cup
â–ªOnion..........3 medium sized
â–ªTomatoes.........4 medium sized
â–ªGinger Garlic paste...........1 tbsp
â–ªRed chilli powder.......2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
â–ªSalt...............2 tsp
(Namak)
â–ªCoriander powder........1 tsp
(pissa dhania)
â–ªTurmeric powder...........1/2 tsp
(haldi)
â–ªWhole spices powder...............1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
â–ªCumin seed.............1 tsp
(Zeera)
â–ªGreen chillies ............ 2 - 3 pcs
(Sabz mirch)
â–ªWater...............2 1/2 glass
â–ªFenugreek leaves.........1 tsp

Direction:- 

Kofta recipe :
â–ªIn the Food chopper, add minced beef ,onion, ginger ,roasted channa powder, poppy seeds, red chilli powder ,salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, cumin seed ,green chillies, egg ,fresh coriander and grind it well.
â–ªGrease your hand with water and make meat balls of equal sizes.
â–ªNow place the meat balls in the plate and freeze it .
â–ªyou can freezed upto 1 month.

For gravy:
â–ªIn a wok, heat oil and fry onion until golden brown,take out fried onion in a bowl & set aside.
â–ªIn grinder, add fried onion,tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and blend it.
â–ªNow fry the Frozen meat balls in medium flame until color changes to golden brown.
â–ªThen add the fried onion mixture in it.
â–ªNow add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder in it ,mix it very carefully and cook until oil separates.
â–ªAfter that, add water ,bring it to boil ,cover and cook for 20 mins on low to medium flame until koftay tenders.
â–ªAdd cumin seeds, Fenugreek leaves, green chillies, whole spices powder and fresh coriander,Cover and cook for 2 mins on low flame.
