Kofta:-
▪Minced beef ............1 kg
(Qeema)
▪Onion..........1 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪Ginger ...........2 inch pcs
(Adrak)
▪Roasted Channa powder........2 tbsp
(Bhune huey channe)
▪Poppy seeds...............1 tbsp
(Khaskash)
▪Red chilli powder.......1 1/2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Salt...............11/2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Coriander powder........1 tsp
(pissa dhania)
▪Turmeric powder...........1/2 tsp
(haldi)
▪Whole spices powder...............1 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪Cumin seed.............1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Green chillies ............ 2 pcs
(Sabz mirch)
▪Egg.................1
(Anda)
▪Fresh coriander..........1/2 cup
(Taza dhania)

Gravy recipe :-
▪Frozen kofte ......as your required
▪Oil.................3/4 cup
▪Onion..........3 medium sized
▪Tomatoes.........4 medium sized
▪Ginger Garlic paste...........1 tbsp
▪Red chilli powder.......2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Salt...............2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Coriander powder........1 tsp
(pissa dhania)
▪Turmeric powder...........1/2 tsp
(haldi)
▪Whole spices powder...............1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪Cumin seed.............1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Green chillies ............ 2 - 3 pcs
(Sabz mirch)
▪Water...............2 1/2 glass
▪Fenugreek leaves.........1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪Fresh coriander
(Taza dhania)

Direction:- 

Kofta recipe :
▪In the Food chopper, add minced beef ,onion, ginger ,roasted channa powder, poppy seeds, red chilli powder ,salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, cumin seed ,green chillies, egg ,fresh coriander and grind it well.
▪Grease your hand with water and make meat balls of equal sizes.
▪Now place the meat balls in the plate and freeze it .
▪you can freezed upto 1 month.

For gravy:
▪In a wok, heat oil and fry onion until golden brown,take out fried onion in a bowl & set aside.
▪In grinder, add fried onion,tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and blend it.
▪Now fry the Frozen meat balls in medium flame until color changes to golden brown.
▪Then add the fried onion mixture in it.
▪Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder in it ,mix it very carefully and cook until oil separates.
▪After that, add water ,bring it to boil ,cover and cook for 20 mins on low to medium flame until koftay tenders.
▪Add cumin seeds, Fenugreek leaves, green chillies, whole spices powder and fresh coriander,Cover and cook for 2 mins on low flame.
▪︎Kofta curry is ready to eat with Roti.😋
