Macroni spring roll:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Carrots...............1 cup (Finely chopped)
(Gajare)
▪︎Capsicum...........1/2 cup (Finely chopped)
(Shimla mirch)
▪︎Cabbage...........1/2 cup (Finely chopped)
(Bund gobi)
▪︎Salt..............1/2 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Black pepper..........11/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪︎Soya sauce..............1 tbsp
▪︎Boiled macroni...........4 cups
▪︎Vinegar............1 tsp
▪︎Chilli sauce..........2 tbsp
▪︎Oil................3 tbsp
▪︎Shreded Boiled chicken..........2 cups
(Ubli murghi)

Direction:-
▪︎In wok, heat oil ,add carrots in it and fry for 2 mins on high flame.
▪︎Add capsicum, boiled chicken, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and fry for 2 to 3 mins.
▪︎Add cabbage, salt , black pepper in it and mix it well & set aside.
▪︎In plain flour, add water and mix well to form a paste.
▪︎Take the roll sheets, add filling and fold both sides, apply plain flour paste and fold it well.
(Keep the spring roll sheets under barely damp cloth or paper towel. They dry out very easily. If they dry out, they break apart)
▪︎Make all the rolls with the remaining batter (approx: 30 rolls made).
▪︎It can be freezed for 1 month in a zipped plastic bag.
▪︎Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame.
Keep turning to brown evenly.
▪︎Crispy Macroni spring roll is ready .
