Qeemay ki Gogian:-
Ingredients:
●Dough:-
▪Plain flour................2 kg
(Maida)
▪Baking soda.........2 tsp
(Meetha soda)
▪Salt.....................2 tsp
▪Lukewarm water as required

●Qeema filling:
▪Minced beef ............2 kg
(Qeema)
▪Oil...........1/2 cup
▪Onion..........4 medium sized
▪Tomatoes.........6 medium sized
▪Ginger Garlic paste...........2 tbsp
▪Red chilli powder.......1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Salt...............2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Coriander powder........2 tsp
(pissa dhania)
▪Turmeric powder...........1 tsp
(haldi)
▪Whole spices powder...............1 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪Cumin seed.............2 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Chopped Green chillies ............ 6 pcs
▪water...............2 glass

●Mint chatni:
▪Fresh coriander...........handful
(dhania)
▪Fresh mint..........handful
(Podina)
▪Green chillies...........3
(Sabz mirch)
▪Yoghurt.............1/2 kg
(Dahi)
▪Garlic cloves...........5
(Lehsun)
▪Pomegranate seeds.........1 tbsp
(Anardana)
▪Salt..............1 tsp
(Namak)
▪Water.............1 cup
(Pani)

Direction:-
Dough recipe :
▪︎In a bowl, add plain flour,baking soda, salt, water as required to make a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a big bowl and cover with cling sheet and rest overnight in a warm place until rises.
Qeema filling:
▪︎In a pot, Heat oil, onion and light brown it.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste, qeema, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes and mix it.
▪︎Add water , cover & cook on low to medium flame until qeema tenders.
▪︎Add chopped green chillies and cook on high flame until water dries.
▪︎In the end, add whole spices powder, cumin seeds and mix it well.
Mint chatni:
▪︎In a blender ,add fresh coriander,fresh mint, green chillies,garlic cloves, pomegranate seeds ,salt ,also add little bit water and blend it well to make a green paste.
▪︎In a bowl, add yoghurt,salt, green paste, water and whisk it well. Mint chatni is ready.
Assembling of dough:
▪︎Now the dough is rised ,add few drops of water in the plastic sheet, put the some dough in it ,flatten it with both hands and add the qeema filling in center.
▪︎Combine the dough from all sides properly and press it gently.
▪︎Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪︎Enjoy the qeemay ki gogian with green chatni 😋
