Tandoori Chicken :-
Ingredients:
▪︎Chicken............4 pcs
▪︎Oil...........2 tbsp
▪︎Ginger Garlic paste...........1 tbsp
▪︎Red chilli powder.......1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪︎Paprika powder.........2 tsp
▪︎Salt...............1 tsp or taste
(Namak)
▪︎Coriander powder........2 tsp
(pissa dhania)
▪︎Turmeric powder...........1/2 tsp
(haldi)
▪︎Pink salt............1/2 tsp
(Kala namak)
▪︎Whole spices powder...............1 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪︎Fenugreek leaves............1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪︎Cumin powder.............1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪︎lemon juice ............ 2 tbsp
▪︎Greek /Thick Yogurt..............4 tbsp
▪︎Orange color few drops (optional)

Direction:-
▪︎Firstly dry the chicken tikkah pieces with tissue and cuts on them.
▪︎In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, paprika powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pink salt, whole spices powder, fenugreek leaves, cumin powder, lemon juice,oil, few drops of orange color and whisk it well.
▪︎Add chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture, mix it well and marinate for 3 hours or refrigerate overnight.
▪︎Now place the marinated chicken in the non stick frying pan.
▪︎Cover and cook on low flame for 15 mins each both sides until chicken tenders.
▪︎After that, when water occurs from chicken then cook on medium high flame until water dries.
▪︎Add 2 to 3 tbsp of butter in it and toss it well.
▪︎In the end, coal smoke for 10 mins.
▪︎Restaurant style tandoori chicken is ready to eat. You must love this 😋
