Beef lasagna:-
Ingredients:-
Beef filling:-
▪Oil............5 tbsp
▪Garlic........2 cloves ( chopped)
(Lehsan)
▪Beef minced.....1.5 kg
(Qeema)
▪Onion..............2 medium sized (Finely chopped)
▪Tomato puree ..........1 & 1/2 cup
▪Tomatoes...........2 medium sized (finely chopped)
▪Salt...................1 tsp
▪Paprika powder........1 tsp
▪Black pepper.....1 tsp
▪Red chilli powder.......1 tsp
▪Dried Oregano..........1 tsp
▪Dried parsely...........1 tsp
▪Water................1 & 1/2 glass

White sauce:-
▪Butter.............3 tbsp
▪Plain flour...........3 tbsp
(Maida)
▪Black pepper........1/2 tsp
▪Salt ............1/2 tsp
▪Milk..........3 cup
▪Mushrooms........2 tbsp(chopped)
..........................................
▪Lasagna sheets........1 pkt
▪Cheddar cheese......1 cup
▪Mozzarella cheese......1 cup
▪ Sprinkle dried oregano
Direction:-
For beef filling:
▪︎In a pan,heat oil,add chopped garlic in it and sauté for a minute.
▪︎Add beef mince in it , cook for few mins.
▪︎Now add chopped onion and cook for 5 mins.
▪︎Add tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder,black pepper, mix it and also add water in it. Cover and cook for 15 mins on low to medium flame.
▪︎Add dried oregano, dried parsely and cook for more 5 mins & set aside.
For lasagna sheets :
▪︎In a pot,add water, salt and oil. Bring it to boil and add lasagna sheets and boil for 5-6 minutes.
▪︎Strain water and rinse sheets with cold water. Sprinkle a little bit of oil to avoid sticking of sheets together.
For White sauce:
▪︎In a frying pan , add butter, melt it and then add plain flour in it and gently stir and trun OFF the flame.
▪︎Add milk and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
▪︎ Now turn ON the flame and add salt, black pepper, chopped mushrooms and cook on low flame when bubbles came.
▪︎Keep stiring till the sauce thickens.
For Assembling:
▪︎In a baking dish, spread white sauce in base and then place lasagna sheets , now add beef filling layer in it, then add white sauce layer, grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese layer and then put lasagna sheets and repeat same steps and again spread a layer of grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese, sprinkle oregano in it.
For Baking:
▪︎Bake lasagna in a preheated oven at 180 °c for 15 minutes and grill for more 5 mins for nice golden color.
▪︎Take out the baked lasagna from oven and cut lasagna into square shape and serve hot.
