Buffalo Chicken Wings:▪
Ingredients:
▪Chicken wings............ 800 gms(sprinkle 2 tbsp of cornflour)
▪Plain Flour ................. 3/4 Cup
(Maida)
▪Corn Flour .................. 2 tbsp
▪Salt .................1 /2 tsp or as your taste
(Namak)
▪Red Chilli powder........1/2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Black pepper powder ...............1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Garlic Powder............1/2 tsp
(Lehsun)
▪Water.............approx. 3/4 cup

Buffalo Sauce :
▪Butter...........3 tbsp
(Makhan)
▪Ketchup ................ 4 tbsp
▪Chilli sauce/ hot sauce............ 5 Tbsp
▪Vinegar ................... 2 tbsp
▪Red chilli powder.............1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Sugar ............... 1 Tbsp
▪Garlic Powder.............1/2 tsp
(lehsun powder)
Direction:-
▪︎Place chicken wings in a tray , dry it with tissue and sprinkle 2 tbsp of corn flour over them until evenly coated.
▪︎In a bowl, add plain flour, corn flour,salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, garlic powder, mix it and gradually add water to make a liquid consistency batter.
▪︎Heat the oil in a frying pan.
▪︎Coat chicken wings in the batter, shaking off any excess. Add the wings to the medium hot oil , don't overlap it.
▪︎Fry it on medium flame until golden brown. Transfer the chicken wings in the tray and set aside.
Sauce recipe:
▪︎In a pan, add butter, chilli sauce or hot sauce, ketchup, vinegar, red chilli powder, sugar, garlic powder ,mix and cook for few mins until slightly thickens.
▪︎Now turn off the flame, add fried chicken wings in it and coat it well.
▪︎ Transfer to a serving plate.
▪︎Easy and tangy buffalo wings is ready to eat.
