Cherry Cake:-
Ingredients:
▪Plain flour............ 1 & 1/2 cup
▪Salt...........1/4 tsp
▪Melted Butter..........1/3 cup
▪Fresh Cherries..........200 gms + 150 gms
▪Baking powder.......1 & 1/2 Tsp
▪Eggs......... 4 ( at room temperature)
▪Icing sugar........1 & 1/2 cup
▪Vanilla essence.......1 tsp
▪Milk..........100 ml (1/2 cup)

Note:
▪Eggs should be on room temperature.
▪Oven or pateela should be preheated for 15mins.

Direction:- 
▪Firstly ,sieve the plain flour, baking powder, salt thrice and set aside.
▪Add eggs and sugar in a bowl. Blend it well until becomes foamy.
▪Then add melted butter ,vanilla essence, mix it.
▪Gradually add plain flour mixture and milk in it and whisk it well.
▪Cut the cherries in quarter and dust some flour in it .
▪Now add cherries in the cake batter and slightly mix it.
▪Now put the batter in the greased pan with butter paper.
▪Bake for 40 to 45 min in a preheated oven at 180°c until done.

Cherry sauce:
▪In a pan,add 150 gms of half cut cherries, 2 tbsp of sugar in it and cook on low flame until make a thick form and cool it down, blend it well to make smooth sauce.

Decoration:
▪Now take out the cake from the pan and cool down it.
▪Spread the cherry sauce in the upper cake and place cherries and sprinkle icing sugar in it.
▪ Yummy and soft cherry cake is ready.
