Cherry Cake:-
Ingredients:
â–ªPlain flour............ 1 & 1/2 cup
â–ªSalt...........1/4 tsp
â–ªMelted Butter..........1/3 cup
â–ªFresh Cherries..........200 gms + 150 gms
â–ªBaking powder.......1 & 1/2 Tsp
â–ªEggs......... 4 ( at room temperature)
â–ªIcing sugar........1 & 1/2 cup
â–ªVanilla essence.......1 tsp
â–ªMilk..........100 ml (1/2 cup)

Note:
â–ªEggs should be on room temperature.
â–ªOven or pateela should be preheated for 15mins.

Direction:- 
â–ªFirstly ,sieve the plain flour, baking powder, salt thrice and set aside.
â–ªAdd eggs and sugar in a bowl. Blend it well until becomes foamy.
â–ªThen add melted butter ,vanilla essence, mix it.
â–ªGradually add plain flour mixture and milk in it and whisk it well.
â–ªCut the cherries in quarter and dust some flour in it .
â–ªNow add cherries in the cake batter and slightly mix it.
â–ªNow put the batter in the greased pan with butter paper.
▪Bake for 40 to 45 min in a preheated oven at 180°c until done.

Cherry sauce:
â–ªIn a pan,add 150 gms of half cut cherries, 2 tbsp of sugar in it and cook on low flame until make a thick form and cool it down, blend it well to make smooth sauce.

Decoration:
â–ªNow take out the cake from the pan and cool down it.
â–ªSpread the cherry sauce in the upper cake and place cherries and sprinkle icing sugar in it.
â–ª Yummy and soft cherry cake is ready.
