Creamy Pasta Seviyan:-
Ingredients:
â–ªPasta vermicelli ........200 gms
(seviyan)
â–ªMilk............1 liter
(doodh)
â–ªWater..........3 cups
(Pani)
â–ªSugar.........12 tbsp (3/4 cup)
(Cheeni)
â–ªCream.........1 packet
â–ª Nuts as required (Almonds and pistachio)

Direction:-
â–ªIn a pot, add water, bring it to boil,add vermicelli in it .
â–ªCook until Vermicelli fully boiled and don't discard water, set aside.
â–ªIn another pot, add milk, bring it to boil.
â–ªAdd boiled vermicelli, cook for 15 mins on low to medium flame and keep stirring in between.
â–ªAdd sugar in it, cook for 10 mins on low to medium flame and keep stirring in between.
â–ªTurn off the flame and slightly cool down it on room temperature.
â–ªAdd cream in it and mix it well.
â–ªGarnish with nuts and served chilled.
â–ªYummy and Creamy Pasta Seviyan is ready to eat .
