Fried Pinwheel Style donuts /Flower donut:-
Ingredients:
▪Plain Flour........3 cups
(Maida)
▪Oil........2 tbsp
(Tail)
▪Salt.........1/2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Icing Sugar......8 tbsp
(Pissi cheeni)
▪Dry yeast......11 grams (1 packet)
(Khameer)
▪Warm milk.......1 cup
(Garam doodh)

■Notes:-
▪Dough must be in a warm place.
▪In winter, dough takes time to rise..you must be rest for 2 to 3 hours until dough double in size.

Direction:- 
▪In a bowl , add plain flour ,Icing sugar , dry yeast ,salt, oil ,mix it and gradually add milk & combine it well.
▪Now transfer the dough in to the surface and dust some flour to avoid sticking and knead it well to make a smooth dough.
▪Cover with cling sheet and rest for 2 hour in a warm place until rise.
▪After that, divide the dough in to 2 equal parts.
▪Then flatten the dough ball with rolling pin, spread little amount of oil in the dough ,roll it and close it well & then cut in to equal sizes.
▪Then again cover it for 15 mins.
▪Heat oil in a pan.
▪Deep fry in medium flame until golden brown.
▪Soft and fluffy pinwheel style donuts is ready to eat.
