Kaju Kheer:-
Ingredients:
▪Basmati Rice........1/2 Cup( Soaked for 2 hours)
▪Milk.........2 kg
▪Sugar......14 tbsp (1 cup)
▪Cashew nut..........1 cup
(Kaju)
▪Water..........1/2 cup
▪Cardamom Powder....1/2 tsp
(Pissi elachi)

Direction:-
▪Soaked rice for 2 hours, mash them with hands, discard water.
▪In a pot, add milk, bring it to boil,add mashed rice in it .
▪Cook for 20 to 25 mins on low flame until rice cooked and keep stirring in between.
▪Add cashew nut paste in it ( add 1 cup cashews by blending it in 1/2 cup of water to make a paste ), cook for 20 mins on low flame and keep mashing rice occasionally.
▪Add sugar in it, cook for 10 mins on low flame until sugar dissolves and keep stirring in between.
▪Add green cardamom powder in it and mix it well.
▪Garnish with cashew nuts and served chilled.
▪Creamy kaju ki kheer is ready to eat .
