Keri ka sharbat /Aam Panna:-
Ingredients:
▪Raw mangoes............750 gms
(Keri)
▪Sugar.......2 cups
(Cheeni)
▪Black salt...2 tsp
(Kala namak)
▪Cumin powder......2 tsp
(Pissa zeera)
▪Mint leaves.....2 tbsp
(Podina)
▪Water........5 cup
Direction:-
▪︎Firstly, peel the keri skin and remove the seed.
▪︎In a pan add the keri, water and bring to a boil on high flame , then lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 to15 mins till gets soft.
▪︎After that, blend them, then add sugar , cook until sugar dissolves.
▪︎ Add the mint, cumin powder, black salt and blend till smooth.
▪︎Can be stored for 2 weeks in a clean bottle or air tight box in the fridge.
▪︎To serve:
In a glass, add 3 to 4 tbsp of Keri juice,Ice cubes ,water as required and mix it well.
▪︎Refreshing keri ka sharbat is ready to drink.
