Lab e shireen:-
Ingredients:
▪Cut vermicelli ............... 1 cup(boiled)
(Sawaiyan)
▪Milk ........... 1 liter (1 kg)
▪Corn flour......3 tbsp
▪ Sugar .............1 cup
▪Jelly ................ 2 pkt
▪Fruit Cocktail ...............1/2 tin
▪Banana ...............2
▪Apple.........1
▪Basil seeds.......... 4 tbsp
(Tukhmalanga)
▪Kewra Essence........Few drops
▪Nuts as required

Directions:-
▪︎Take a bowl, add corn flour and 4 tbsp of water ,mix it well, set aside.
▪︎In a wok, add milk , sugar , boil it and cook until sugar melts.
▪︎Then gradually add corn flour mixture in it , keep mixing and cook for 1 min, let it cool down the custard. Then add soaked basil seeds, few drops of kewra essence and mix it well. Milk mixture is ready.
▪︎In two different bowls, add red,green jelly powder in it and add hot water, mix it well, let it set in refrigerator and cut in cubes.
▪︎Boiled the vermicelli, cut the banana and apple.
▪︎In a large bowl, add fruit cocktail , banana, apple , boiled vermicelli , red and green jelly and mix it well.
▪︎Now pour the milk mixture in it , garnish with nuts and jellies.
▪︎Do assembling before serving lab e shireen.
▪︎Serve chilled.
▪︎Yummy lab e shireen is ready to eat.
