Peach Cake:-
Ingredients:
▪Plain flour............ 1 &1/2 cups
(Maida)
▪Baking powder.......1 &1/2 tsp
▪Salt .........1 /4 tsp
▪Eggs..........4 pcs(Room temperature)
▪Butter( Unsalted ) .........3/4 cup
(Makhan)
▪Icing sugar........1 & 1/2 cup
▪Vanilla essence.......1/2 tsp
▪Peaches ...........3 large sized ( Cut in cubes and dust some flour in it )
(Aaru)

Direction:-
▪︎Firstly ,sieve the plain flour, baking powder, salt and set aside.
▪︎In a bowl, add butter ,icing sugar and beat it well until becomes fluffy.
▪︎Add eggs one by one and beat for a min every time.
▪︎Add vanilla essence and mix it.
▪︎After that, add flour mixture in it and beat it on slow speed.
▪︎Cut the peaches in cubes and dust some flour in it .
▪︎Now add peaches in the cake batter and fold it well.
▪︎Pour the batter into the greased pan with butter paper. Pan size is 9 inch and 23 cm.
▪︎Bake for 45 to 50 mins on a preheated Pan (Pateela) on low to medium flame.
OR
Bake for 40 to 45 mins on a preheated oven at 180°c until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
▪︎Cool in the pan for 20 minutes, and then turn out onto serving plate.
▪︎Decorate with peaches and cream glaze.
▪︎Soft and fluffy Peach cake is ready to eat.
