Apricot Pound Cake:-
Ingredients:
â–ªPlain flour............ 100 gms (3/4 cup)
â–ªHomemade Butter........ 120 gms
â–ªBaking powder.......1/2 Tsp
â–ªEggs..........2 pcs
â–ªIcing sugar........1/2 cup
â–ªVanilla essence.......1/2 tsp
â–ªApricots................5 pcs (chopped them)
(Khubani)
â–ªSugar ...........2 tbsp

Direction:- 
▪︎Firstly chopped the apricots.
▪︎Add apricots and sugar in a pan.
▪︎Cook for a few mins on low flame until apricots soft.
▪︎After that, turn off the flame, mash them. Cool down it.
▪︎In a bowl, add butter ,icing sugar and beat it well until becomes light and fluffy.
▪︎Add eggs one by one and beat for a min every time.
▪︎Add vanilla essence , apricot mixture in it and mix it.
▪︎After that, sieve the plain flour, baking powder & fold it well to make a batter smooth.
â–ªNow put the batter in the greased pan with butter paper.
▪Bake for 30 to 40 mins at 180°c in a preheated oven. OR
Bake for 30 to 40 mins in a preheated pan (Pateela) on a low to medium flame.
â–ªNow take out the cake from the pan,place in the served tray and cool down it.
â–ªDecorate with apricots and sprinkle icing sugar.
â–ªSoft and fluffy apricot pound cake is ready to eat.
