Beef Payee:- ( beef Trotters)
Ingredients:
â–ªBeef Trotters................2 pcs
( Payee)
â–ªBeef bong..............1 kg
â–ªOnion.........2 medium sized
â–ªSalt..........3 tsp
â–ªOil......1 cup
â–ªGinger garlic paste.......2 tbsp
â–ªRed Chilli Powder.......3 tsp
â–ªCoriander powder.......3 tsp
(Dhaniyan)
â–ªTurmeric powder.........1 &1/2 tsp
(Haldi)
â–ªWhole spices powder............1&1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
â–ªBay leaves........2
(Karri patta)
â–ªBlack cardamom......3 pc
(Bari Elaichi)
â–ªwhole Black pepper........8
(sabit kali mirch)
â–ªCumin seed......1 & 1/2 tsp
(Zeera)
â–ªCinnamon stick.......2
(Darchini)
â–ªStar anise.........1 pc
(Badayan ke phool)
â–ªCloves.........8 pcs
(Laung)
â–ªWater........8 ltr or as required
Direction:-
â–ªHeat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown colour.
â–ªAdd bay leaves, black cardamom, whole black pepper, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves and fry for a few mins.
â–ªNow add ginger & garlic paste mix it and also add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and add water to avoid masala sticking and cook until oil separates.
â–ªThen add beef trotters, beef bong in it.
â–ªAdd water 8 liter and boil it then cover and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 hours until meat cooked.
â–ªThen add whole spices powder, Cumin seeds, and mix it for 1 min.
▪Beef paye is ready to eat and serve with Hot Naan😋
