Beef Payee:- ( beef Trotters)
Ingredients:
▪Beef Trotters................2 pcs
( Payee)
▪Beef bong..............1 kg
▪Onion.........2 medium sized
▪Salt..........3 tsp
▪Oil......1 cup
▪Ginger garlic paste.......2 tbsp
▪Red Chilli Powder.......3 tsp
▪Coriander powder.......3 tsp
(Dhaniyan)
▪Turmeric powder.........1 &1/2 tsp
(Haldi)
▪Whole spices powder............1&1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪Bay leaves........2
(Karri patta)
▪Black cardamom......3 pc
(Bari Elaichi)
▪whole Black pepper........8
(sabit kali mirch)
▪Cumin seed......1 & 1/2 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Cinnamon stick.......2
(Darchini)
▪Star anise.........1 pc
(Badayan ke phool)
▪Cloves.........8 pcs
(Laung)
▪Water........8 ltr or as required
Direction:-
▪Heat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown colour.
▪Add bay leaves, black cardamom, whole black pepper, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves and fry for a few mins.
▪Now add ginger & garlic paste mix it and also add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and add water to avoid masala sticking and cook until oil separates.
▪Then add beef trotters, beef bong in it.
▪Add water 8 liter and boil it then cover and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 hours until meat cooked.
▪Then add whole spices powder, Cumin seeds, and mix it for 1 min.
▪Beef paye is ready to eat and serve with Hot Naanπ
