Chocolate CupCake:-
Ingredients: ( 24 serving)
▪Plain flour............ 2 cups
(Maida)
▪Baking powder.......1 Tbsp
▪Salt.........1 /4 tsp
▪Eggs..........4 pcs (at room temperature)
▪Cooking oil..........1 cup
▪Milk (lukewarm).......1 cup
▪Icing sugar........1 & 3/4 cup
▪Vanilla essence.......1 tsp
▪Cocoa Powder..............1/2 cup

Direction:-
▪︎Firstly, sieve thrice the plain flour, baking powder,cocoa powder, salt and set aside.
▪︎In a bowl, add eggs ,icing sugar and beat it well until becomes light and fluffy.
▪︎Add oil, vanilla essence and mix it.
▪︎After that, gradually add the flour mixture and milk in it & fold it well.
▪︎Take the baking tray and Pour the batter into the cupcake linings and filling them about 3/4 full.
▪︎Bake for 20 to 25 mins in a preheated Pan (Pateela) on low to medium flame.
OR
Bake for 20 to 25 mins in a preheated oven at 180°c until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
▪︎Allow cupcakes to sit for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
▪︎Unfrosted cupcakes can be kept tightly covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
▪︎Chocolate cupcake is ready to eat.
