Falsa Juice:
Ingredients:
▪Grewia........1 kg
(Falsa)
▪Sugar.....2 cup
(Cheeni)
▪Water......4 cups
(Pani)
▪Pink salt.......1 tsp
(kala namak)
Direction:-
▪︎In a blender, add falsa, water and blend it well.
▪︎Strain it well with the strainer, keep mashing the remaing mixture by adding little water in between , discard seeds and set aside.
▪︎In a wok, add falsa juice , sugar and cook for 20 mins until sauce thickens.
▪︎Add pink salt in it ,mix it well , turn OFF the flame.
▪︎let it cool down the falsa syrup.
▪︎It can be refrigerated for 1 week.
▪︎In a glass, add ice cubes,2 to 3 tbsp of falsa syrup, water as required.
▪︎Serve chilled.
