Falsay ki chatni:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Grewia...............430 gms
(Falsa)
▪︎Water...............3 cups
▪︎Sugar..............5 tbsp
▪︎Pink salt...........1 tsp
(Kala namak)
▪︎Whole spices powder.......1/2 tsp
(Garam masala)
▪︎Red chilli powder.......1/2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪︎lemon juice............1 tbsp
(Limu ka rus)

Direction:-
▪︎Firstly wash and clean the grewia (falsa).
▪︎In a pan, add falsay, water and cook for 5 to 7 mins on medium flame until falsay soften and blend it well.
▪︎Strain it well with the strainer, keep mashing the remaing mixture , discard seeds and set aside.
▪︎Now add falsay puree in the pan, add sugar, pink salt, whole spices powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice and cook for 15 to 20 min on low to medium flame until sauce thickens.
▪︎Falsay ki chatni can be refrigerate upto 2 week in a airtight jar.
