Mango Cake:-
Ingredients:
▪Plain Flour..........1 cup
▪Icing Sugar........3/4 cup
▪Baking Powder........1 tsp
▪Salt.............1 /4 tsp
▪Vanilla essence......1/2 tsp
▪Eggs...........4
▪Oil...........1 /4 cup
▪Hot water......1 /4 cup
▪Mango puree.....1/2 cup

Mango puree:
▪Mangoes ............2 medium sized
▪Sugar...........2 tbsp
Mango puree direction:
▪︎Add mango and sugar in a pan.
▪︎Cook for a few mins on low flame.
▪︎After that, turn off the flame, blend it well to make a thick puree. Cool down it.
Direction:-
▪︎Firstly, sieve thrice the plain flour, baking powder, salt and set aside.
▪︎In a bowl, add eggs ,icing sugar and beat it well until becomes light and fluffy.
▪︎Add oil,1/2 cup of mango puree, vanilla essence and mix it.
▪︎After that, gradually add the flour mixture in it & fold it well.
▪︎Also add hot water and mix it well to make a sponge soft.
▪Now put the batter in the greased pan with butter paper.
▪Bake for 40 to 45 mins in a preheated oven or pateela at 180°c until done.
▪Now take out the cake from the pan and cool down it.
▪Then cut the cake in to half , soaked with mango tang syrup ( tang powder 2 tbsp, water 6 tbsp and mix it well ), spread the whipped cream,mango puree and place mango chunks, now put the second cake layer, soak with syrup again, then spread the whipped cream.
▪Decorate with mango slice and mango sauce.
▪Fresh Mango Cake is ready.
